My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Ginny and Jack go together like bean sprouts and French fries.

Ever since her parents died in a car wreck while she was a tween, Ginny has yearned to be part of a family. Years later, she joins a nonprofit that is struggling to save her community from a polluting power plant, and in the process the young woman finally discovers like-minded souls.

But when an unbearably handsome power-plant executive comes to town, Ginny's simple world is tilted on its axis. With an effort, she's able to ignore Jack's good looks, but she has a harder time steering clear of his anguished younger sister, whose pain puts all of Ginny's nurturing instincts on high alert.

As the young woman hovers on the cusp between two new families, she realizes that she can't have it all. But will Ginny be able to choose between her nonprofit buddies and the enticing businessman without losing her heart?

I don't know how Aimee Easterling does it but everything she's put out has been a winner!

Picking up where Flight of the Billionaire's Sister left off, we get the story of Ginny and Jack... who might appear to be complete opposites but fit together like two pieces of a puzzle. The result? A Cinderella fantasy reimagined as a heartfelt, sensual romance.

Fiercely independent, Ginny's been on her own and barely living above the poverty line since the age of 12. The half-life she was forced to live after losing her parents has beaten her down and to survive, she's closed herself off emotionally. Ginny's true potential was obviously going to waste so it was satisfying to see her finally open herself up to others; first to Jack and his sister Lena, and then to her long time friends in 'CUADIC'. She slowly grows in confidence and with Jack's encouragement, she realizes that chasing her dreams might be possible after all.

Jack was supportive, nurturing and tender. He saw the best in Ginny when she couldn't see it herself and I love how she referred to him as 'my lover'. I'm a sucker for all things sweet so it made me smile.

5/5 well deserved stars. Aimee, I'm waiting patiently for the next one!
